Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold brew or cooled espresso
  • ½ frozen banana (natural carb source for glycogen refill)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop collagen (9 g protein)
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein (13 g protein)
  • 1 tsp maca powder (superfood for hormone balance + energy recovery)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (anti-inflammatory)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:
